Originally from New Zealand, I've devoted my life to developing effective teaching practices and innovative strategies that result in learner engagement and transformation. My experience across diverse education systems highlighted a critical gap: traditional one-way teaching simply doesn't achieve the learner transformation we seek. Having been immersed in the education system for most of my life, I’ve seen firsthand the limitations of one-way teaching. Learners today consume information differently, and it’s crucial that we adapt our methods to meet their needs. The body of Christ, in particular, should excel in teaching and discipling because it’s what Jesus invites us to do!
