The Equip Academy Experience is a hands-on, interactive intensive designed to expand your toolkit. Whether you are standing behind a pulpit, leading a team, or taking your message into the marketplace, the way you communicate is the bridge to lasting fruit.

This isn’t about sitting in a room taking more notes on how to give better notes. It’s a high-impact, two-day journey focused on the shift from information to formation. Our heart is to equip you with effective frameworks in partnership with the Holy Spirit, to see your audience and your message truly thrive.

Most leaders, communicators, and educators have been trained to master the art of the presentation. We pour our hearts into building the slides, polishing the points, and delivering the content with excellence, yet many of us still feel that persistent gap between a message being heard and a life being changed.
Day One

Arrive & Meet

  • 08:30 - 09:00am

    The Social Circuit: Grab a tea or coffee and dive into a series of interactive stations designed to get you moving and connected. This is your time to introduce yourself, brainstorm with peers, and start sharing ideas that will shape the next two days.

  • What if the biggest thing standing between your audience and transformation is you? This session challenges everything you think you know about what it means to teach.

  • Fuel up and take a toilet break

  • S2: Crafting Your Message: Why do some messages stick while others are forgotten by lunch? We often mistake a mountain of information for a solid foundation, but without structural integrity, even the most profound truth collapses. This session reveals the architectural secrets that turn a dense block of information into an open door for transformation


  • Free time to go grab lunch and chill

  • You nailed the message, in the pulpit or the boardroom. Perfect delivery, brilliant execution. They loved it. Nothing changed. This lab gets brutally practical, because inspiration without application is just entertainment.

  • Last toilet stop of the day!

  • Join Aaron & Jenna for a powerful practicum session

  • We reflect on the day, and any final instructions for Day 2
