NICOLA MURPHY - The Equip Academy Founder & Communication Architecture Coach

Nicola Murphy is a New Zealand-born educator and instructional design specialist with over 20 years of experience transforming the way people teach, preach, and learn. Believing the Church is called to communicate the Gospel effectively and raise up a generation of communicators who multiply that message, her journey — from the classroom to helping establish Bethel Conservatory of the Arts — has driven a deep passion for equipping leaders to carry their message with clarity, impact, and Kingdom purpose.

As Head of Microlearning Instructional Design at Gnowbe and founder of The Equip Academy, Nicola works with pastors, ministry leaders, business professionals, and Christian communicators through workshops, courses, and coaching. Rooted in the Ephesians 4 call to equip the saints for works of service, and in partnership with the Holy Spirit, her heart is to see leaders communicate in a way that truly transforms — so that the next generation is reached and the Body of Christ grows into full maturity.

DANN FARRELLY - Panelist

Dann Farrelly has been on staff at Bethel Church, Redding since 1991. Under the vision and direction of Bill Johnson and Kris Vallotton, Dann is the Lead Pastor of Bethel Church, Redding and the Dean of Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry (BSSM). He is a graduate of Simpson College and holds a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. Dann is uniquely gifted to bring rich insights from the Word of God with wit, humor, and great anointing. Often, you can find his desk covered in books. Dann is married to Christie, and they have three children.

RICH SCHMIDT - Panelist

Rich Schmidt is passionate about blending the truth of God’s Word with the power of the Spirit to produce radical and sustained transformation. After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Penn State and then his Master’s of Divinity from the Alliance Theological Seminary in New York, Rich and his wife Danielle began ministering in New Jersey. They served first as Associate Pastors and then as Church Planters. After 16 years of fruitful ministry, God led them to move across the country to be part of Bethel Church in Redding, California where they have been deeply impacted by revival culture. Currently Rich is the Lead Bible Instructor for the Bethel School of Supernatural Ministry. Danielle functions as a spiritual transformation and design coach. They have been married for 32 years and have two wonderful children; Nate 29 and Hannah 27.

TOM CRANDALL - Panelist

Tom and his wife Leslie have served together in full-time ministry for over twenty-one years, 13 of which have been at Bethel. Tom has dedicated his life to seeing people from all walks of life encounter God, step into freedom, discover their identity, and send them out as revivalists. He oversees the evangelism ministries at Bethel by preaching, equipping, and activating the local church and BSSM to reach their world with the message of the Gospel in authenticity and power. AARON & JENNA ZINT - Speakers

Aaron and Jenna Zint are Life Coaches and hosts of the three podcasts: Marriage Lab, Habit Lab and Numb to Known. Aaron is the author of the book and e-course Numb to Known and Jenna is the creator of the online course The Habit Lab Mastery Course. Together they teach and lead in various capacities at Bethel Church and in BSSM.

Lindsey Reiman is the founder of the spiritual intelligence company Aqua Regia, the equipping center called The Prophetic Labs, and co-founder of the SQ Institute. She loves to examine Scripture, the spirit realm, and all that God says through the lens of a microscope, and enjoys helping other people unlock their gifts to help them become spiritual X Men! Because all prophetic people carry only a portion of the puzzle, she believes deeply in the power of teamwork and enjoys making connections between others to help the clearest possible picture of the Kingdom emerge on Earth.
